My specialties include, but not limited to, whole-self healing, relationship & intimacy (monogamous and non-monogamous), anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic growth. Lived experiences I support regularly include stress disorder/PTSD, sexual trauma, sexual healing, and sexual liberation, in addition to, sexuality and gender development.

It is an honor to build community and collaborations in this transformational healing work.
My Sexosophy
(My philosophy about life from a sexuality lens):
My sexosophy consists of rejecting and reframing oppressive and marginalizing ways of thinking and expectations regarding sexuality and personhood to center, affirm, and celebrate the client’s narrative as a (a)sexual being. This consists of decolonizing self-talk by unlearning the systemically oppressive and shamed-based language of one’s sexual and gender scripts, expectations, expression, performance for the pursuit and attainment of emotional wellness, and sexual healing and sexual liberation. Plain language: I help you unpack and unlearn the negativity you learned about yourself from as a result of your interactions with family, friends/peer groups, community, culture, & mainstream standards of sexuality, gender and everything in between.
My team and I are here to support you in your healing journey of centering, nurturing and affirming yourself.- of you choosing you.
Beautiful Human, there is a difference between selfishness and self-preservation. The difference is self-compassion.
In life and in therapy, healthy growth occurs with time , experience and self-compassion. Processing with someone who has experienced and interpreted their expression of their sexuality and gender through their narrative is foundational to my clinical approach. Your story told from your point of view is where therapy happens.
My healing approach and frameworks, I-CBT & Somatic Sex Therapy, are grounded in the integrated effectiveness of evidence-based interventions such as Mindfulness, Intersectional Narrative Therapy, Transpersonal, Complimnetary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), and Somatic Sexology approaches. Using these interventions over the course of my practice, I have supported clients getting to a more sustainable space in their healing to manage and care for the intensity of their responses to complex trauma & found ways in connecting or reclaiming healing practices.
My hope is to support others in their journey to unapologetically define their self (-ves) by reclaiming their narrative through decolonization of sexual scripts, gender expression and gender performance for the pursuit and attainment of emotional wellness, sexual healing and sexual liberation by their definition.
