Diversity, equity, and inclusion training is a must and just the start of impactful workplace and company cohesion. Understanding how company culture uses power to reinforce harmful stereotypes and widens the culture divide between administration and non-administration team members is the bare minimum in today's workplace. Leading with emotional intelligence and equity, leadership must learn how to develop and apply an intersectional lens to their leadership delivery in order to shift the workplace culture from burn-out to affirming and trauma-informed. With this 5-part training series, helping and service provider leadership will expand their interpersonal skills & widen their compassion threshold by learning how to engage in safer interactions with team members and clients. This training and coaching can be carried out in a dialogue of mini-seminars, activities, and processing discussions. Each learning session is 2-2.5 hours to allow for processing and participant demonstration. To support the sustaining of such training, supplemental resources and consultation will be provided.
